Overall Rating
I stayed here in mid June. 3 of the 6 sites were being used. The BLM office told me this campground rarely fills (probably due to free dispersed camping nearby) A creek flows past the sites which is nice. Picnic tables and vault toilet. I stayed because of its proximity to the upper box trailhead which was a beautiful hike and because it’s cooler than Escalante. Best suited for smaller to midsize rigs and tents.
