Just for the night. Campground looked like they had a heavy rain recently. Did not look at the bathhouse.

There are only three sites with sewer. There is a dump and trash receptacles very handy and a large boat ramp. The park is quiet and situated so that a large number of sites are on the water. Most are concrete pads. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restrooms are clean but there is presently no laundry. It is reservable on RECREATION.gov. There a 14 day maximum stay. No full timers except staff. It is a serene place where you can relax and find your soul!

Stayed here for Easter weekend. Park is nicely spaced out with lots of trees. Sites are cement pads with water and electric. Fishing piers are located along the banks. Campground is clean and well maintained.

Stayed here for 2 nights on trip back north from snow birding January and February farther south. First thing: BEWARE -BRIDGE OUT, DIRECTIONS ARE WRONG! This is a USACE campground on the Tombigbee River system that we booked on Recreation.gov. Email received provided directions. Unfortunately, there is a bridge out on access road and they didn’t address it in directions. We were stuck with backing truck and trailer into gravel narrow road to get turned around. Had to detour approximately 15 miles to get to campground!
There are a limited number of full hook up sites. Roads are paved in campground and camper pads concrete. We had full hook ups and they were conveniently located for our camper.
This is a good stopover for our purposes. Aberdeen has a number of cute stores and interesting restaurants you could visit us staying longer. The water provides boating and fishing recreation.
