The simple answer is "no." However, this little campground is immediately adjacent to the Hyde Memorial Park State Park, which includes camping, yurts and other lodging options. They DO have a dump station that is almost directly across from the exit of Black Canyon. When we stayed here last year (height of pandemic) the state parks were all closed and thus, so was the dump station. The state parks are open again, so I'd imagine the dump station is as well...but if you REALLY need to be sure, call Hyde Memorial State Park.
