Not at Bisti badlands parking access

We did not camp very much on BLM. Two years ago, most dispersed camping was free, no fees or permits were required. We were at a couple of "developed' camp grounds, kind of a first come, first served with some max stay limits, some had a pay to stay policy with those drop boxes to pay. Hope this Information helps.
