Overall Rating

A port in a storm, literally. Pretty typical private C/G with a pool, playground, basketball court (unusual full court) and laundry. facilities.

Pleasant owner, cooperative and flexible. Friendly guests any contract sites and trailers. Grounds well kept.

More a contract long termed camping spot. Very nice folks, but very much a tight parking lot.
