“Nice county park. Small but quite adequate for travelers.”

We are nomads in a 21 foot Roadtrek (96C210P). We found Birch Coulee by accident. We generally avoid interstates and four-lane roads, traveling the back roads and state highways. That's how we found Birch Coulee. We saw a sign. It is very neat and clean. A fair percentage of the sites have electricity and water. Dry camping is $20 and Electric/water is $25. There is a large shelter-house which was used by a local group today. Glad to see it being used. The sites are roomy and probably half have shade. The pit toilets are clean and have hand sanitizer dispensers. Four sites are within fifty yards of a road, but it was no problem. A short gravel road leads back into the campground. You camp on the grass so there's no problem with the length of your rig. We have solar but It is particularly hot, so we pulled well back into a grove of Ash trees on an electric/water site. Very pleasant. Top marks to Renville County for their nice campground.
