This small campground is just lovely. On the edge of a reservoir the campground is small/intimate and quiet. No traffic noise or train noise, just calm and quiet. Sites are fairly level and really long, and so plenty of room for our 39' fifth wheel and truck.
No Wifi but Verizon and AT&T both worked fine.

Great little new campground in an amazing setting. The field for tent sites looked well kept and the 5 RV spots were all pull through, large and level.
The lake was an added bonus with the ability to use their kayaks and paddle boat. Kids really enjoyed the fishing dock and met some new friends in their ducks. Great gazebo area as well, the entire campground blended well with the farm and grain storage area it was built in.
Bugs were mentioned by others, yes there were bugs as there are everywhere this time of year. Not nearly as bad as other places we stayed on our 2 month journey though so they didn’t really make us feel any different about this location.
Overall we loved it and the kids actually begged us to stay another night which we would have had we not had plans to be somewhere else with family. If we are ever in the area again we will be back!

We stayed here for a few nights and had to leave because my husband was getting eaten alive by all the flies and mosquitoes. It’s a health hazard if you bring your animals to walk them because of all of the bugs. When we would walk them and go back to the RV, there would be layers of mosquitoes sitting on there fur. We bought bug spray for ourselves. That’s specifically designated for this area, and it did nothing. The owner basically said they don’t have an issue because they never see any issues when their horses are in the pasture. My husband’s legs say otherwise. Our pups ended up sick in the vet when we got to our next next destination. They are both fully vaccinated and on flea/tick medication. They have never been sick. In the almost 5 years they’ve been on this earth. The emergency vet visits cost us over $1000. I would never advise anybody to stay here. It needs a lot of work. Yes, it’s close to the badlands, but not worth it. The owner is very nice unless you question her wanna be RV park. When we got here, there was a weird guy watering the grass which made the bugs even worse, and the ground was saturated and water, which was doing no good. He was creepy and basically told us we should keep our dogs outside tied up so they’re not inside the RV. The night before he left, he was walking around outside, peeing and talking to himself outside.

New little campground. out of the way 2 mile from Quinn, SD. Nice lake view from the site, quiet, and will see the stars tonight. Rustic but does have full hookup with 50amp electric. Great hide away.

We’re small and don’t need hookups so we stayed in #5. It needs some leveling even for a small teardrop, so be forewarned if you have a large rig.
Theres a fun gazebo with comfy chairs; the silo “cabin” and access to a small lake. We’re here in mid-July and very grateful for a windy/breezy night! Mosquitos are very plentiful, but heck: it’s lame-front in July in the Midwest!
We saw no “staff” but it sounds like there has been a family emergency so we are very comfortable settling in on our own. If you’re used to a full- service RV park this is not that; give them a bit to get their feet under them. Be self-contained or be comfortable with a very clean porta-potty.

No base under road, if you weigh more than 3,000lbs , stay away, otherwise if it’s dry the flys and mosquitoes will eat you alive. There are ways to control this, but apparently they don’t know how. Had to find a place to clean the caked on mud off my beautiful Monaco and my CRV toad, and the inch and half caked to my shoes. This is not a campground, it is a neglected farm!

Bin to Quinn campground, this place is amazing, just peaceful and tranquil, and new! The sites are flat level and a great size. Full hookups, and grass in between sites. The owner is in the process of making this place a real gem but with the family tragedy, she will need more time! They are family own!!. Even though there were only 2 reviews one saying she never saw any staff we decided to try it and with that being said I feel that people should know that this family had a very horrific family emergency which is why no staff was around. She is so kind and makes you feel like family. We would definitely stay here again!
What a had a great find! We are so grateful that we decided to try it. The view of the reservoir is beautiful. No fires at the sites but she has a very unique & beautiful gazebo with a gas firepit, & a crystal chandelier. The campground is immaculate, peaceful, quiet, and everything you want for your getaway. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this camping site. It is a great family campground! Thank you, folks; we will visit again if ever in this area!

We stayed here while exploring the Badlands, what a wonderful surprise! Beautiful lake to fish, kayak, etc... Stay on one of the 5 pads or rent the cabin bin, can't go wrong!
Visiting the Badlands Observatory
in Quinn is a MUST!
