Overall Rating
After deciding Virgin Valley CG wasn’t for us, we checked this place out as it was the closest option. The key on the visitor map indicates this lake is intermittent, and it was completely dry in May 2021. Fine dust was blowing off the lakebed. There is a pit toilet and no one else was there. There are 2-3 sites easily accessible and the road deteriorates that appears to lead to additional sites. We moved on and didn’t camp. Not much to draw one here if lake is dry—pretty parched landscape.
