I saw lots of people with dogs (on leash) but there are signs near the lagoon saying the water is toxic and keep dogs and people out of it. We didn't see the signs until after we went swimming. haha All was good. But you may want to double check about algae blooms before you or your dog get near the water. :) Have fun!

Yes, we had our dogs off leash.
