Arrived as it was getting dark on a Tuesday night with a 35ft fifth wheel and stayed one night. Easy to find with the coordinates from Campendium. Access is easy on the gravel drive. We had the pick of the place with maybe one other camper in the second loop. Camp host was on site and cleaning the restrooms when we arrived. Very friendly and helpful! Water and electric (30/50 amp) at the sites. $30 per night. Dump station available - $10 for non-registered campers. Showers $3 each for non-registered campers. Nice restrooms and showers. Great place to see the river and falls!

It was easy to check in and getting into the campground, while a little tight for our rig, was fairly easy. Power and water at the side with a dump station. Fire ring provided and a friendly atmosphere with the neighbors. We could hear the falls from our sight. Would definitely stay again.

“Great Little City Park Campground Right On The Falls ”

Recently updated campground with newer bathhouse. Great Verizon. Most sites had water and electric with a fire ring and picnic table. We were right on the river. There isn’t much in town but they did have a laundromat and nice bar.

I first discovered this park last spring when I was visiting some sites in the area for work to see what needed to be done. We did not stay here, just stopped & looked around a bit & decided that when I returned to do the work needed in the area, we would definitely stay there. The summer slipped by, & the work never got scheduled, but we were going to visit family a couple hrs away & decided to take an extra day & spend a night here. We arrived on a Thursday, & they were shutting down for this season that weekend, so the water at thte sites was already shut off, but we were able to fill our tank at a hydrant by the bath house. It was a very pretty location, & it was fun sitting outside & listening to the water roar as it went over the rocks in the river. The camp host was very friendly & helpful. I'm sure we will be back next summer!

When traveling with a two month old, sometimes you must abandon your day’s plans and take the first public campground available. Surprisingly, this place—the sites of which were not quite “RV Park” close, but almost—was fully reserved on a Friday night in August.
The river looked great. My wife commented that she would not feel safe with the doors open (we camp in a van, typically with the doors open for air all night) though I didn’t think the place looked sketchy at all. Mostly retired types there, but most sites were still empty at 5pm. They all had sticks or logs piled near the fire pits too. Not sure if this is part and parcel with a site, or just coincidence.
Verizon was fully loaded.
The baby calmed down and we kept on down the road.
