Overall Rating
This site is awesome. There were around 20 of us with about 10 cars and there was space for everyone and their vehicles. The spot is sandwiched between the I-80 and the Yuba River, just around the corner from a fire station.
The only downside is the freeway noise. Which actually helped dull the sounds of folks in the morning allowing others to sleep in.
There's enough table space and the fire pit is huge and there's a giant BBQ. It was awesome. We loved it.

Overall Rating
We did not stay at this campsite but tested cell coverage while scouting other campgrounds in the area. The campground entrance is hard to spot - it is tucked behind the Big Bend Fire Station on the left-hand side. Coordinates for the entrance road are 39°18'24.0"N 120°31'05.0"W
This is a group campsite sandwiched between the South Yuba River and I80, so there will be noise from the interstate.
There is a one-lane bridge that you must cross to access the campground and weight limits are low: 7 tons for a single-axle vehicle. See photos for other weight limits.
Price seems high but there doesn't seem to be a limit to the number of tents you can cram in.
