Deer in the campground. Lots of beautiful trees. Friendly camp host. Walking trails, oh and the donkeys!
Only downside: the bathrooms were not particularly clean or well-maintained. I opted not to shower there, though it was nice that a shower was available.

So lovely here. We practically had campground to ourselves. Dry camping. Sites are short. We just fit. Slept well. Wonderful trails. Donkeys to pet. Friendly host greeted us in morning.

This is a tent only park, but after a series of 6 phone calls was able to park with my 19’ camper van. They said they might open to RV’s in the future. Dry camping only. I loved this park because of all the trails around the rolling hills. Camp host gave me a lot of info about the history of this property. Definitely would come back here!

There are information signs and kid learning activities also MGR the way. Historic farm with donkeys on site

this place ia as mediocre as the owners and management that run the park. the Wi Fi has not worked properly ever (we have been here for a long time) despite repeated assurances that "they are working on it" nothing has ever been done to solve the problem. it's currently 645am and I cannot log in to check email. The front office staff keep a small, yappy dog in the office at all times. the dog barks at EVERY SINGLE person that enters the office but the lady who owns it never stops the dog from barking. it even nipped at my hand when I tried to pet it in an effort to calm the dog. Speaking of dogs... the park does nothing to enforce dog owners to pick up after their dog so there are often piles of dog poop on the path or sidewalks. there has been broken glass in the road on our loop for 4 weeks. The park is never "cleaned" and rarely mowed and maintained. the waste basket in the dog park is ALWAYS over flowing with bags of dog poop. it is indicative of the staff and management of this park. Mediocre and sub par seem to be the business goal of this park. those with positive reviews haven't been here long enough to see the real park. bottom line...go up the road a bit or down the road a way and stay at any other RV park in the area.
