Easy to find and dump. You have to cross over into oncoming traffic to get driver’s side toward dump, but fortunately light traffic on side street.

Overall Rating
The nearby WA state rest area RV dump was closed so we used this one. It was only about a mile off of I-82, pretty easy to access, and seems like it's aways open (we used it on a Sunday afternoon).
Note: there is NO fresh water!
