Close to Page with a nice view and an area where you can walk/climb on some of the rock formations. Gets dark pretty early and was quiet during our stay. Easy access to get in and out of and should be fine for big rigs. The sites are a bit narrow but doable.

I only spent one night here and spot #6 looks right over Lake Powell. The area was a little busy around 5:30 PM (time I pulled in), but the hikers quickly left as the sunset. I paid $7 since I had a National Parks Pass. Nice little camping spot with a picnic table.

Stayed here 2 nights in late June. Easy access from the main road and good gravel road to the campsites. Easy access for for our 36' fifth wheel. Larger rigs would be possible at this site with plenty of room to maneuver. There are only 6 sites here but each is well maintained, plenty wide and pretty level. There is no water, dump station or trash cans. Very clean and tidy. Road noise was minimal and you have a fantastic view of lake Powell. There is also a 1.5 mile hiking trail loop with the trailhead very close to the campsites. Really neat rock formations and very good views from this trail. We had good breezes both days which helped keep things cool. Really enjoyed this campground and would stay here again. Recommend you get there early as possible as there are only 6 sites and they do fill up quick with overnighters stopping late in the day.

It IS $14 a night but we were ok with that because it was so easy on and off the freeway and centrally located to all things Page.

Arrived around 2 pm and only two sites were available. There are only 6 sites. We took site #5 which overlooked the highway, the canyon and small portion of the lake. Nice breeze most of the day and night. 3 night max stay.

This was a great stay for $14/night max 3 nights($7 for FS pass holders). Great view, peaceful, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We arrived about 2:30/3 on a Sunday and grabbed the last spot. During our stay we noticed that an earlier arrival time is key but you never know. This spot is a good location to visit the area attractions.

Note: RE: Payment box
Again, This is a great little dry camp site.
I realized there is a payment box, but it was easy to miss initially.
It is about knee high and on the right side of the entrance.
It is $14 at night. $7 with senior passes.
You are responsible for your trash here. Don't blame the state for not providing them as it would be too difficult monitor.
