This is a big place, camping, amusement park and drag strip. We were here off season 12/19/21 for one night versus a truck stop. Pull thrus do need a little love and are FHU with 30 Amp. No discounts like Good Sam, etc. if you came here for family fun and the races, would be great. However definitely not a destination spot. We would stay at the KOA down the road for more than one night. Otherwise this is an ok stop for the night.
Mark would stay here again

We stayed here one night in early June 2021. Our site was so close to our neighbor that we had to choose our orientation on the site very carefully so we would be able to get our slide out. The sewer was quite a ways back behind the site(required our extension to reach it) and the water was shared between sites. We did not hook up due to the fact the water spigot only had a single outlet, not the split kind that would have been required. Our neighbors were obviously full-timers as their water hose was very insulated. We did call the office and they claimed they would send someone but no one ever showed. We did not pursue it because we had water in our tank and were leaving in the morning.
The shower house was good but dated. The dump is directly outside the shower house though. That's a little gross.
This campground is part of the larger amusement park and is very big and very crowded on the weekends. The dragstrip was loud but our site was far enough away to muffle the sound somewhat.
If we could not find another campground or boondocking spot, we might stay here in a pinch.

There is a lot going on at this facility with amusement park and drag strip during season. We stayed off season on our way back to Texas. Numbering system hard to read, standing water in many of the parking locations and the view was a large parking lot with many, many spaces. Cabella's would have been better unless you need power. Water is also shared at every other space. Looks like during season this place is probably packed. Off season the full time residents are obvious. Some TLC is needed. WIFI is also an extra fee. If you want a splash lagoon, amusement park and drag racing this is the place for you. If you are trying to get away, probably not so much. I am sure there are many that will love it, just not what I am looking for in a stay. The front entry area is beautiful and the drive in great.
