Overall Rating
Arrived with no reservation, 09/10/22 and there were plenty of sites available. Grabbed #18 and enjoyed the breeze off the lake and the view of the lake and surrounding hills! Electric only at the site, I believe you get water at the dump station. Didn’t use the facilities so no review of those.

Beautiful lakeside campground. Easy to navigate. Large sites well separated from each other. Many with shade. All sites must be reserved and paid online. Many sites available on a weekend in August. Clean restrooms and showers. 30 amp electric. We lost power several times for a few minutes each time - not sure what was causing ... more

Overall Rating
This is a very nice COE campground. Well maintained with electric, clean showers, playground, boat ramp, fish cleaning station, and dump station. Mostly deserted on a midweek in August. There are some fabulous lake front sites. Check the park map, and google satellite view.

I have stayed in many great ACE/COE campgrounds. This is not one of them. It’s average. It might be because of the loop I was in. I had site #47 — no shade, very unlevel dirt pad with a big depression in the middle. Tall grass all around and tall weeds around my power pole. No bathroom nearby. No trash bins or fresh water spigots aroun... more
I have stayed in many great ACE/COE campgrounds. This is not one of them. It’s average. It might be because of the loop I was in. I had site #47 — no shade, very unlevel dirt pad with a big depression in the middle. Tall grass all around and tall weeds around my power pole. No bathroom nearby. No trash bins or fresh water spigots around camp. If you need fresh water you have to go to the dump station near the entrance. My cell signal went between 1-2 bars. $10/night with Senior Pass. I tried to move to another campground but it was a holiday weekend.
