Yes, but not bad. Much fewer mosquitoes in Valdez, Seward and Homer near the water than anywhere inland, like Denali. We were overrun with them in Denali.

None by the bay! Always a bit a wind :-)

They weren't that bad in Valdez. Much worse in some of the sites in Canada though! We wound up getting a screen for our RV door and using a lantern that puts out non toxic mosquito repellent. Worked great!
