I think this had to be one of the most beautiful, peaceful places. I work from my RV (verizon) sipped were incredible (see photo). There are miles and miles of forest service roads to hike. We stayed here for 7 days as it's one of the few spots in the area at a sufficiently high elevation to mitigate a forecasted heat wave. It's a long drive in on a gravel road, but the road was in good condition at the time of writing with very little washboarding. There weren't any hanging branches or particularly tight turns. We were able to maintain speeds of 15-25mph comfortably.
We found a spot at 43.8410, -103.7711 that could fit our 30 ft rig comfortably - watch out for the short stumps hidden in the grass. We also checked out a site closer to the Campendium coordinates but it was much tighter and less level. It was 4-6 inches off level side to side with the orientation/width we were at. The spot had a good vista view of the surrounding landscape and lots of green vegetation.
There was some USFS and OHV traffic back and forth on the road but nothing that detracted significantly from the experience.
There was zero usable T-Mobile coverage at the site we selected using a roof-mounted Pepwave antenna. AT&T coverage was similarly unusable - not sure what the other reviewers were talking about. There is a cell tower next to the fire tower, and we were able to get a tiny signal when we were closer to it but it wasn't anything usable for remote work. We relied on Starlink which generated >100mbps speeds.

We loved it. There were several flat spots along the road. We were about a mile from the fire lookout. The road was pretty rough and "uphill", but worth it. Also the Mickelson bike trail was within 45 min.

This spot was just what we needed for a secluded getaway. We were able to get a Prius up there just fine. There are many spots along the road for amazing views.

We did stop about .2 miles short of the GPS coordinates but fairly certain we were in an area open to camping.
