Bear Flat Dispersed Camping

Fairly small compared to other dispersed areas but has its features: a maintained bathroom and easy access to hiking, mountain biking, and ATV trails. Might be closed winters, gets muddy with rain/snowmelt, but otherwise nice to camp among firs in good weather. Wind can be a factor in the more exposed areas. Also has a large open area which is mostly flat, with no shade for good solar power all day long. The sites within the forest are fairly small and close together, not as secluded as I had hoped, thus -1 star. There are a few more individual sites going up the Twisted Forest road but a high clearance vehicle is required. It's a popular ATV riding area and can get noisy throughout the day. There's also a scenic loop within walking distance to the edge of the cliff which is pretty impressive.
