Not sure where the previous commenter was staying, but it doesn't sound anything like the place we stayed.
RVers do have to agree to a lot of rules at check-in, but if you’re considerate and clean up after yourself and any pets, you’re pretty much all the way there. We liked that there is a focus on keeping the place clean and comfortable. Our site had its small concrete pad right in the middle, and it was a bit of a challenge finding a way to get our 36ft Class A in without hitting the electric pole and water spigot, but once settled, it was all good. Sites are on stones, ours was slightly off-level, but we were able to level easily. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. Very convenient to all the sites by car, loved the sunsets, and would definitely stay again. Starlink worked perfectly with no drop-outs.
camper-819235 would stay here again

You have to have a car or golf cart to get around here. All rentals were sold out car, golf cart and water craft. So I went to their "swim beach" and it's actually a boat parking area. Can't fit in between the boats to get to the water. Trash is a 30 minute walk to the entrance. I came a week before memorial day thinking I'd beat the crowds. Nope. Been here 4 days so far and haven't been to the river. This place might be ok if I knew of all the things I needed in advance.
