We really liked the community of this RV resort. Nice pool and common area that is a plus. The staff and guest are super friendly. They keep the place well groomed and clean. We will go back for a longer stay. Close to Tampa and Dunedin area beaches. We stayed in the new area and loved the cement pads and tables.

Lots of snowbirds here! Very full but very nice! I could imagine it could be hard to get into some spots but we didn’t have much trouble! Very professional park

We stayed in space 12666 which backs up to Memorial Hwy. Street noise is definitely an issue but it gets quiet at night. Our space was a Bayou Grande site which was probably one of the nicest sites we've had the pleasure of staying in. The concrete pad was tremendous and well landscaped. The rest of the park was nice and most spaces had trees with great shade but we really loved the larger site. We would highly recommend staying here, if given the chance. We camped at Bay Bayou RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We have a Pepwave Max Transit Duo for AT&T and Verizon service. AT&T had download speeds of 8.13 and upload speeds of 6.62. Verizon was 6.41 for downloads and 6.2 for uploads. Our Mifi with T-Mobile had download speeds of 33.3 and uploads of 56.28! Working via Zoom was fantastic at this park.

Very nice park located in the heart of the city. We stayed in the newer section and all the sites are concrete and level with new grass landscaping. There was some noise from the very busy street adjacent to the park, but nothing to bad. Everything is meticulously maintained! Lots of full-timers throughout the park as I would expect for Florida in April but sites were tidy. My only complaint would be the quality of the laundry facilities located throughout the park. Although they have multiple laundry facilities, they are all located in open air buildings which allowed all sorts of bugs and lizards in...it would be nice to be in closed air conditioned laundry room, not to mention much cleaner.

The staff is fantastic, like other reviews have said they are some of the best in the business. The park is a mixture of permanent, seasonal, and transients and everyone is friendly. The location is great, close to so many things in the Tampa area, yet fairly quiet. The sites are nearby to each other but room to feel at home and not closed in. I would come back in a heartbeat. This is a popular park so plan early.

They were very upfront on the low quality of their Internet service, you can get by checking mail at times, but often it is unusable. While I "would camp here again" based on overall quality, it won't be my first choice due to the wireless service being so bad. I don't expect high-speed streaming, but there are many options (I don't mind paying for) to improve that aspect of things.
