Overall it was an acceptable experience. It is between the interstate and a very active train track. Thsite was level and a pull through. The power was variable and on the low side of voltage. When I turned on the 50 amp and the 15 amp it improved to acceptable. The cable didn't give me a digital signal. Staff was very friendly and hel... more

The best access off of I-40 is the exit where Love's is located, just west of Grants. My Garmin had a problem finding it. Go north off of the interstate. There are two filling stations on the west side of the road, Love's and one other. There is a road between the two and there is a sign at the end of that road pointing to the RV park.... more
The best access off of I-40 is the exit where Love's is located, just west of Grants. My Garmin had a problem finding it. Go north off of the interstate. There are two filling stations on the west side of the road, Love's and one other. There is a road between the two and there is a sign at the end of that road pointing to the RV park.
It's definitely not a destination but an overnight stopover spot. The spaces are pretty close together (the RV to the next of me is only 10' away) and there is a fair amount of noise from I-40. Plus BNSF has a transcontinental rail line a block away that is very busy.

Good location for exploring Bandera Ice Caves, El Morro and El Mai Pais National Monument.
Park had a lot of long term residents, but relatively clean sites. Entire park is dirt so it's very dusty.

Convenient and easy access just off highway 40. FHU +cable. Park is nice with gravel sites. Noisy. Trains highway traffic.

Can’t beat the price, location, & number of pull throughs with enough space to park behind or even on the side of your RV. Can’t beat the price, location, & number of pull throughs with enough space to park behind or even on the side of your RV. There is a tree between each spot and the hook up stations even have a light on top for those who enter after dark. The dog park is more like a 10x40 run, but it’s very clean with a rake left to pick up after your pet. Their WiFi worked well. We didn’t use the free cable to know how well that worked.

Its behind a loves travel stop. You can hear the Highway and the trucks parked at Loves. The laundry is only open when the office is, however it’s very cheap and the machines are fairly new.

This was just an overnight stop but it was terrible. Internet didn’t work, power was very faulty, power would turn off every 2-5 min for as long as 30 min even just turning on the lights, with nothing else running the power would shut off. The manager assigned us a spot and someone else was plugged into our site power so she had us mov... more
This was just an overnight stop but it was terrible. Internet didn’t work, power was very faulty, power would turn off every 2-5 min for as long as 30 min even just turning on the lights, with nothing else running the power would shut off. The manager assigned us a spot and someone else was plugged into our site power so she had us move over one, I’m guessing his power was Faulty as well since he plugged into our pedestal. We left at 3am, very annoyed.
