Overall Rating

Planning a trip to Newfoundland, one has to make some choices. Unfortunately for me, I have made another choice. Nevertheless, I took the time while being in the region to visit this nice little campground. On one side, you have a fresh water pond where you can bring the kids for a swim, and on the other side, you have a beautiful sandy beach. Only downside, there is an ATV trail all along the beach.
As for the camp sites, they seemed pretty leveled and had electricity and water. There was a dumping station on site as well as sanitary station with laundry facilities.
A good word for the small snack bar near the beach where we had the most amazing French fries we ever had. Freshly peeled potatoes and deep fried in a good quality oil.
Definitely planning on going to this particular campground next time we visit Newfoundland.
