I love a good campsite that is on grass with power and water! We were here for just 1 night and called ahead to make sure it was open. When big events are going on they close down the campground for competitors only. Quiet, clean, easy access and relatively easy to level the RV. We'd been traveling in small towns for over a month and needed a place to setup for a week or so to do errands and get some work done. The Bannock County Fairgrounds were perfect! Rebecca had to fly out for a week and Pocatello had a airport and a great place to stay. Both ATT and Verizon worked here. I think it costs about $20 a night. The sites have water and electricity and a dump station is on site. I stayed here in early November and had the place all to myself. The staff was amazingly friendly a... more
