Overall Rating

Above prices reflect the weekend rate for 2 services - taxes and daily admission extra. Washrooms were clean, showers hot with good pressure (4 min timer). There was also a laundromat. Cell service was limited (both Rogers and Bell) but there was free Wi-fi at the visitor center. Sites were spacious with lots of green space between them. The park had experienced flooding earlier in the year and had this campground had only just reopened. There was some washouts on the both the roadway and the trails but repairs were/had been made.

We hiked both the Sentier de la Statue and the Caps Sentier to du Geant - both had great views at end of trail but the Statue had more along the way. The River discovery cruise was very interesting - river views of the Statue and a tour of L’Anse de St Jean with bus ride back to the park.

The park staff had limited English.
