Seems to be an older campground, the sites are pretty closely packed, but there is some bushes for privacy between them. Seems like a lot of full-time residents live there. Considering the number of people, it was very quiet. Owners are very strict about quiet time. Overall a good experience.

Very nice quaint, quiet campground. I boon-dock most of the time, so here I have lots of amenities I do not usually get. If you want the Ritz for forty bucks a night, this is not it. However I you wish a nice quiet spot in the shade of some awesome trees by a creek? Bingo! You’ve arrived! Very, very nice management team here as well. Is it an older campground? Yes, but so am I so who cares? I was camped at Quigley's Station about 35 miles away until the McKinney fire chased me out of there. Upon reflection I’m glad the fire chased me out of there ‘cuz I found this spot. It’s also much cooler here. Lots of things to do in the region, and close to shopping etc., but not too close. I’m fixin’ to book for an additional three weeks so does that tell ya anything? Upon reading reviews with Campendium I’ve decided to pay less attention to those reviews and write a few myself. I hope you find this one to you’re licking. Could this old campground use some upgrades? Sure, but then it wouldn’t be forty bucks, it would be a hundred like those fancy cement slabs out there. Now pardon me while I go set a spell by the creek. BTW… no cell service with T Mobile here but the wi-fi here is pretty good, so I used that for internet and phone.

Nice people who work the front desk. This CG has a number of full timers that are neat. The sites are dirt that need gravel. When it rains it's a mess.

We booked a 3-night stay while visiting relatives in Ashland. Super helpful hosts (we came in after-hours and had an envelope waiting for us with all the necessary info)! While it is an older campground, it was very clean and extremely well kept up. We had excellent wi-fi at our campsite. Prior reviews have mentioned that there are some long-term RVs, and there are. That should not be a concern for anyone, as the campground was quiet and very peaceful. Our site had a rushing stream behind it and the landscaping and spacing between sites are almost State Park-like. We were treated to an unseasonable spring snowfall and the campground looked magical!
Great location and super nice facilities- We would definitely stay again!

I didn't have real high expectations when I made my reservation, but I was still disappointed when I arrived. Had planned to stay 4 night and left after 2 (they did refund my money). It is dirty and unkept. Many long-term people, which I don't mind, but here they did little to keep their sites tidy. Appeared to have several abandoned RVs. They have a long list of rules, but little evidence that any of them are followed, such as cleaning up after your dog! Sites are gravel and very tight. I had a partial hook-up site, and was charged an additional $10 to dump when I left. Ashland is a lovely city to visit, but I recommend looking elsewhere for somewhere to stay.

We arrived at Ashland's Creekside RVP on June 8, 2021. Appears to be an "old" park that has undergone few recent improvements. Our section was very tight back-in dirt pads. We were the only non-long-term guests on our street. A neighbor, Travis, helped us get into the site by asking other residents to move their vehicles from across the way. In a town where even very modest homes sell for $300+ per sq. ft. we felt fortunate to find this affordable park.

We stayed at this park in September, 2019. The park is a mix of grass, dirt, and asphalt sites of all sizes. A little tight but workable. Bathhouse is dated but clean. I waited 30 minutes for him to clean it up but that didn’t happen. So I picked it up so my young children wouldn’t step in it. I should have known this would be a problem when he informed us upon arrival that it was not necessary to leash the dogs and that the owners were very lenient when it came to animals. Very obvious he was living there and had little concern for temporary guest. The showers were old but clean. The water however was very cold!!! I might as well have just bathed in the creek!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The grounds and amenities were too bad, but the people staying there were very questionable. Probably 90% of the people live there full time, lots of run down RV’s and junk packed around their sites. The site right next to ours was a mess with very questionable people staying in the RV. They had NO TRESPASSING signs taped to their RV along with motion activated flood lights all around their RV also. The most scary part was they had multiple surveillance cameras around and underneath their RV, 3 of the cameras were pointed directly into our RV spot. We felt so uncomfortable we never spent anytime outside our RV.
