Overall Rating
Peaceful Campground With Full Hookup Sites. We Use Verizon Hot Spot And Phones And Have Great Signal. Our TT Was Absolutely Level Side To Side And Front To Back Upon Pulling In. No Additional Time Was Needed To Level The Camper. This Is Our Favorite Park When We Need To Make A Quite Getaway From Springfield.

We loved this campground and only stayed one night because of time constraints. Owners are very friendly! Park is clean and sites are level gravel. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. WiFi was strong and fast.

Most peaceful park I have been too, we had most of it to ourselves while here. Have laundry room that are $1.50 to wash and a $1.00 to dry. Didnt use the bathrooms, but they have some. The owners are great, really nice and helpful. They do have a food truck that they sell some food out of sometimes. Reason for 4 stars is because there... more

The owners are great, really nice and helpful. They do have a food truck that they sell some food out of sometimes. Reason for 4 stars is because there isn't a lot to do nearby, but it didn't bother me. I would definitely stay here again, prices are great and so peaceful.

We stayed here one night while traveling from Tennessee to Colorado. We made our reservation online and pulled in around 9pm. We were directed to it site which was level and very convenient. Bathhouse was nearby and we also enjoyed the beautiful pond and fountain. It was very quaint and quiet and just what we needed. Would love to stay... more

Overall Rating
Level sites with full hookups. 30,50 amp, water, sewer on every site. Owners are really nice, and keep everything well maintained. Nice small catch and release pond. Has 2 club houses with large grills and 3 cabins also. Had a very nice quiet relaxing weekend.

Felt more like a state park, except that sites were closer together. Level gravel sites, some fully shaded. We camped with a Winnebago group, and our group used the Texas House with full kitchen for our meeting and potlucks. Everywhere I looked, it was clean. Felt more like a state park, except that sites were closer together. Level gravel sites, some fully shaded. We camped with a Winnebago group, and our group used the Texas House with full kitchen for our meeting and potlucks. Everywhere I looked, it was clean.
A younger family bought this place a year or two ago, and they've made updates. There's fresh paint on everything. There's a long, screened-in porch that overlooks the little pond. You can sit there while doing laundry. They have a few very rustic cabins. But no swimming. In fact, there's not much for kids to do in this campground. Great for walking your dog, though. We enjoyed it and will be back next year.
