“Lunch Spot”

It’s end of January and it snowed last night. I just got done hiking this morning around Albert Pike recreation area. Decided to stop here for lunch. Bathroom are closed and locked up for the seasons there are $10 site signs posted on the sites. I did some driving around and only really see tent spots. There are quite a few spots and they all seem to have view of the lake. There is a public boat launch. There are grills and picnic tables along with some man made fire rings. You pay for the camp site in a drop box and it appears to be first come first served. I’m the only one crazy enough to hang out outside on this 30 degree day but it’s definitely a nice campground.
