Unfortunately we’re here in the hot months so the duckweed has overgrown in the lake/large pond here but hey…there’s a pool! Also the Florida caverns are only 15 mins up the road. Great wifi, nice paved roads, cute cabins and RVs you can rent and everyone is super nice!! Everything is just a drive away!!!

The playground for the kids is nice and they have propane fire pit nearby. 7min away from the Florida Caverns. We couldn't ask for more.

Just to get us to move to a deluxe spot for more money. If I didn't have mail coming I would have left. We did get a deluxe and paid bucks but never again. The grounds isn't taken care of. Pool says open day time but 2 locks on it. The lake is all swamp.mpstly long term. Saw 5 people leave. Only 2 1 niters come. When you leave you have to turn right and make a u turn. Sucks. Never again

Great price we paid $36.81 a night after all fees and taxes. People were friendly and seemed to feel safe as were we. They have both concrete and grass/dirt pads with 30/50 amps, water, sewer. Sites were easy to access. We have AT&T and phones worked great - 3 bars on 5G. Definitely will stay again at some point in our travels.

We were greeted by very friendly staff who escorted us down newly asphalted roads to do a 45' concrete pad on a site with an overall length of 68' . In fact I have never seen this many staff member in a resort. There's a lot going on as the pool was being completely redone, the playground was just reinforced, and they are putting in 90' sites with 100 amps. The satellite view in maps doesn't yet reflect all the changes happening here.
The park is on the banks of beautiful cypress draped Merits Mill Pond which is water collected from Jackson blue Spring as it runs south. The spring water is crystal clear with a constant 68 degrees. Unfortunately there is a lot of vegetation near the shore which makes it unappealing for swimming but if you get a kayak or Canoe and go out in the middle it is perfect for snorkeling.

Sites are not level, no WiFi, no cable, pool has cracks, the cafe is too expensive and not well run, asked to speak to a manager and the girl said..”He’s never in here”. If they have on their website that they have cable and WiFi and they charge $50. They should have the amenities they advertise. Too many people on a golf cart doing nothing. Could smell beer on the guys breath when I asked where to dump my trash. Will not return!
