Oct - Nov 2022 Older RV park that is well managed. The staff is top-notch. New pickleball court, new shuffleboard court, pool, hot tub, clubhouse. Sites are gravel and kept up. Older RV park that is well managed. The staff is top-notch. New pickleball court, new shuffleboard court, pool, hot tub, clubhouse. Sites are gravel and kept up. Laundry and bathroom facilities are very well maintained. If there's a downside, Yuma is home to a USMC (Marine Corps) air base, the noise is the sound of freedom and it affects all of Yuma equally. Sites are compact, folks with 40-foot RVs and 4+ slides will be challenged. Close to the interstate (noise). Walmart superstore 3 mins down the road. Starlink sat service is super fast (Nov 2022). Monthly winter rate for 2022 is $550.

Fighter Jets and Helicopters,
Trains and Trucks and Rumbling Choppers,
Booming Bass from SO Many Cars,
TOO Much Dust, Can't See the Stars!!
Maybe its Water Or Maybe its Power,
Oft Cut Without Notice and Down For Hours!
The Pool So Tiny, So Old, So Flawed,
But Fits in Well with The Failing Spa
Paws of Your Puppy Will Cook on Blacktop,
No Grass will be found, Just Dirt and Rocks!
And Just When You Figure Your Done With Their Knocks
You Lose Clothes in the Laundry and Mail from Your Box!
Oh, Weary Heed the Warnings of this Travelers Song, I signed for a year but...SISTER AND BROTHER, EVEN A DAY IS TOO LONG!!
