Our stay at Araby Acres was at no cost to us through our Thousand Trails membership.
Our only complaint about this resort is the noise from the road.
The resort is really nice with paved roads, lovely pools and hot tubs, great laundry facilities, a HUGE off leash dog park (actually too big, it would benefit from being cross fenced), and friendly staff. It's location is convenient to anything you would want to do in Yuma. We had a great stay there and when we were not out exploring you could usually find us in the pool!

Stayed two weeks at the Araby Acres RV Resort in Yuma, Arizona. This Encore RV Resort is part of the Thousand Trails Collection, and we absolutely loved this resort. The property is well landscaped and both the residents and staff were friendly. Full hookup 50 amp sites with complementary TV cable are available. Verizon cellular service clocked in at 93.6 Mbps download speed and 24.0 Mbps upload speed. No that isn’t a typo —93.6 Mbps download speed. AT&T clocked in at 30.8 Mbps download speed and 2.18 Mbps upload speed. Free WIFI is available at both clubhouses. We would most definitely revisit this wonderful age qualified 55+ resort.

This park has about 275 spaces of which most are "Park Model" single wide mobile homes. There are about 30 RV specific sites that are available. The sites are a mix of back in and pull through with 50 amp, sewer and electric. Cable TV is available and WiFi is available at your site for a fee. We had 5 bars of Verizon LTE. The pa... more
This park has about 275 spaces of which most are "Park Model" single wide mobile homes. There are about 30 RV specific sites that are available. The sites are a mix of back in and pull through with 50 amp, sewer and electric. Cable TV is available and WiFi is available at your site for a fee. We had 5 bars of Verizon LTE.
The park is easy to access and clean. Front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The park is a little east of town but it is an easy 10 minute drive to get to the stores. It was a little tight backing in our 40' 5th Wheel but the site was level gravel and easy to access the utilities. There is a concrete patio on the door side but no table or firepit. The RV sites are at the front of the property so there is a significant level of road noise from the major road in front.
The pool area is nice and the shower facility is clean and well maintained. There is also a good sized laundry facility and mail box service if you stay longer than a month.
The park is a Thousand Trails Encore associate. It is also "age restricted" which means at least one person must be 55 years old. This is definitely not a place for families with kids as there are no facilities for them and the rules are pretty restrictive for anyone under 18.

Overall Rating
no problem with the area but with the people work in this RV park it's terrible. The Owner should trained his staff better or atleast hired a well mannered person. We wouldn't recommend this park till the staff knows how to treat their customers fair. It SUCKS
