Aqua Land Campground

It's a trailer park. Not a campground. No confirmation email. I'm lucky the store was open because I didn't know where I was supposed to go. The store had TONS of expired items for sale. They had beer in their fridge that expired in 2020. My spot was littered with tree limbs and tall grass. I don't feel it's worth 50 bucks. There are no amenitites. Despite my not wanting to stay here again, it was quiet. I'll give it that. And water was fresh and did not have any weird taste like some campgrounds.

Heard some horror stories about Aqualand. But when we got there we found that they were in the middle of an ownership change. At first, we found this place disorganized and run down. But as our stay went on things improved greatly. Staff was helpful and cleanliness improved. As summer rolled in, repairs were made to the playground and groundskeepers greatly improved the site. Restrooms were always in good shape, and staff was helpful. Give it a try, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
