“Great place by the university! ”

Reviewed Mar 28, 2018

Overall Rating

Stayed for 1 night so we could spend time with my niece that is attending the university. Great host, easy access to our site, plenty of room to enjoy the great weather outdoors. Bathroom and shower were clean and had plenty of hot water. Entire complex was clean and well maintained.

“Nice city location, but triple-lock your bike”

I stayed here for 3 nights right before Christmas, and 4 nights over New Years. The location is nice, definite city vibes (constant plane and lightrail noise). One plus of this RV park is that they don't have an age restriction (I'm 33 and there are many 55+ parks). The pool, hot tub, and showers are nice (but don't expect a resort-fee... more

Explained how to get to the park and gave us codes and access info. It says there is wi-go but unfortunately it is not good at all. After trying several different servers that were av... more

“Surprisingly Quiet in the Middle of Town”

Reviewed Dec 14, 2015

Overall Rating

Decent size level gravel sites. Patio and nice bbq. Easy in and out. Not far off Hwy 101. Surrounded by apartment buildings and the light rail runs on Apache Blvd, but the park is very quiet. It's not a place for views and nature, but for a city location it is a great stay. Very nice hosts. Close to the university, shopping, eateries.... more
