“Impossible to get there”

Overall Rating

Booked a night’s stay for $55. Was sent an email after booking that it was non refundable and 11 mile dirt road. We tried for first three miles to get to resort and had to turn around. 4 wheel drive or ATV was needed. Did not get a refund. Such a disappointing experience.
