“Amazing, quiet family trip”

Reviewed Aug 09, 2017

Overall Rating

This place is simply amazing. Each space is separated with huge pine trees and feels secluded. Each space has a nice fire ring and picnic table (all was spotless when we got here) A walking trail surrounds the park and is perfect for beginners or children. There are two other campgrounds on the way to this one, just keep going until you are at the top.

The website is wrong about the length of RV allowed. We stayed in 37 feet home. Back in. Make sure to think about your slide outs when parking, lol, or you'll be moving spots. There are a lot of tent campers here as well.

If you park on the outside or your right when you come in, you are right by a walking trail and more likely to encounter wild life. So keep that in mind if you want privacy as people on the trail can look up and see your tent, ext...
