In my opinion site #1, 7, and 8 have the best views.

This spot is truly the iconic Teton view right outside your camper, van, or tent door. This is designated dispersed camping so not true dispersed where you can just pull of the road in any spot you can find or make, you have to camp in a designated spot number. Spots are limited and no matter if it is a weekend or weekday, it is always full so get there mid-day if you can.
I docked one star because our last two nights here a caravan of 'van lifers' showed up and essentially were trying to take over the whole loop of campsites, let their dogs (total of 9 or 10) run free through the campground even after I mentioned one of our dogs is older and doesn't like strange dogs running up to him. This is just a friendly reminder to the caravans out there to please be mindful and respectful of your neighbors. It is cool to see a community traveling together like this, but also not cool to act entitled when you get to a campground.

Second night multiple loud groups that could be heard from two loops down, though they did get quiet by around midnight so it wasn't that bad. Third day we got awoken at 7am by our next door neighbor flying a drone directly above the campsite. Last day we had all of our firewood stolen ($20 worth) while we were out for only a few hours, despite having clearly marked our site as occupied with our fold up couch, dog bed, and bathroom tent.
We met some really nice people while at this site but in the end, there were just too many awful humans that ruined it for us.

Road in is decently easy. We arrived Saturday 10:30am and got a good spot for our 35ft class A. There were 2 spots open in our area and the tent area (sites 9&10) was wide open. We retuned around 6pm after exploring Jackson all sites were full. We counted 59 cars/rigs driving by to scout spots. It was definitely noisy Saturday night as would be expected. We stayed until Tuesday morning. Sunday and Monday were equally busy with cars and rigs driving by. But in between the busy times it’s really stunning. An A+ spot if you can get there.

Views are spectacular and there are two standard campground toilets in the middle of the loop. Each site has a steel fire ring and there's plenty of dead firewood in the woods behind the sites.
The sites are a little close together and as of this writing (5/24) the road going up Shadow Mountain to the more isolated sites was still closed for winter.
We got here around 3pm on a Tuesday and there were only 2 sites left; completely full by 4pm. We saw probably 10-15 more cars/trucks come into the campground, see it was full, and leave all the way until 8pm.

Couldn’t make it to campsites 1-8 due to snow. So we stayed on boundary rd pull off and antelope flats rd intersection. There was no sign that said no camping. Stayed for 2 nights and the view of the Tetons was amazing.

The vault toilet was locked, not sure when it will open. Arrived within an hour of sunset and about half the sites were already filled, will be very hard to get a spot in summer. Great views from all the sites. Elk nearby.

While we were there, typically one to three sites opened up each day and they were filled immediately. People circled all day and into the night looking for sites. It is very unlikely you will get a site if you don’t arrive before noon during the high season.
The Antelope Flats area numbers 1 through 8 accommodates big campers. 2 more camping areas further down accommodate tents only. There is more available on Shadow mountain but rough road 5 mile an hour speed. The road to the Flats is fine.
Our area had a brand new outhouse. We did not use it but everyone said it was really clean. They were asking for donations for outhouse. Donation box.
Downside: very dusty and busy. However everyone was very respectful and friendly. Highly sought after area. Only 10 minutes from Moose entrance to park and drive by the iconic Mormon row barn every time.
Need to be bear aware as with every part of the park. Normally no grizzlies but it has happened.
No water but we used the water refilling bottle station at Jenny Lake. Water stations are also available at Colter Bay and Colter Bay gas station. We carry 5 gallon jugs and 1 gallon jugs at all times.
No trash service. It is free after all!
We did not dump till we got to our next destination. Alpine south of the park has a free dump station. I assume one may be able to dump at park campground for a fee.
A fox roamed around the area and ground squirrels were a plenty.
Thankful for dispersed camping that allowed us to hike this grand area since reservations were non existent.
