Overall Rating

The campground was ok, prob depends on which sites you choose. F,G,H had slow sewer drain time taking 30 minutes to dump. The bathrooms had no hot water, ran with rust, iron and sand. Toilets ok. Otherwise camp spots are generous, safe and clean. No where near 5.

Overall Rating

We are at the tail end of our month long stay and love it! The campground is right on the lake, which provides a wonderful view! Our site was a waterfront site and even has its dock for a boat to tie to!

There's a restaurant on site for breakfast and lunch. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the house made BBQ sauce was the best! They also have on-site RV maintenance if you need any work done. We used it for a couple of small things and they were great!

Overall, we have enjoyed our stay here. The only downside is it's roughly 40 minutes from grocery stores and such so you have to plan your trips accordingly. It's about an hour from Charleston.
