This campground is located just off I-80 and near train tracks. Despite its location the noise did not bother me. The campsites and roads throughout the park are gravel. This campground is located just off I-80 and near train tracks. Despite its location the noise did not bother me. The campsites and roads throughout the park are gravel. There are some trees, but at this time of year many are just getting their leaves. Stopped here without a reservation. Woman in office was very nice and quickly checked me in. After making payment she directed me to pick any available site. If the office is closed they do have envelopes if you want to pay cash or you can pay online.
They do advertise their sites as “all long pull throughs.” Our RV is a 37 foot class A and we tow a Honda CRV. As this was an overnight stop we wanted to stay connected. Because everything is gravel there are no true definitions of the length of the site. We did feel like we were sticking out a bit on both the front and back of the site compared to the others that were already parked there. If we were any longer I’m not sure we would’ve been comfortable staying connected.
Verizon signal was 3 bars LTE and adequate to talk, text, search the internet, and stream videos. The campground has bathrooms showers, laundry and WiFi. Did not use any of these amenities. I would stay here again.

Great location for a weary traveller. A bit of highway noise ..great view if snow covered mountains.

Gem of a park with quiet, clean sites and friendly owners. Dog-friendly, too. Loved our philosophical chat; will carry it & share it. Next visit 🤞 the wind will allow a bike ride up to Angel Lake. Wifi was good - best we’ve had in the last 2 weeks of RVing. Were able to stream YouTube & Netflix.
5G was reliable, too; so nice to be able to do some laptop work without using our hotspot.

Very clean, best WIFI I've had in an RV park, great access to I-80. Just stayed one night in hot weather, so AC noise compensated for the close proximity to highway. Very nice hostess. Park is all gravel. Each site has a picnic table. Trees provide a bit of shade.

This is a clean and quiet campground. Very nice owner in office. Social distancing evident. We got to pick out our site when we arrived. This is easy on/off from Hwy 80 with full hookup and good reception for cell and internet. We couldn't ask for anymore with this campground.

I have been here three years as a monthly. As of may first the park in under new owner ship. Gone is the daily maintanace of the grounds and the way the writes ran this park. Weeds and dog feces are every where as well as trash blown around by daily winds. The manager has a full time job at flying j truck stop and is seldom on site. Th... more
I have been here three years as a monthly. As of may first the park in under new owner ship. Gone is the daily maintanace of the grounds and the way the writes ran this park. Weeds and dog feces are every where as well as trash blown around by daily winds. The manager has a full time job at flying j truck stop and is seldom on site. The wifi is 13 year old out dated analog that requires rebooting several times a day.So wifi is seldom on.Manager is short tempered and does not like complaints if you can catch her to complain.The over night fees were increased to 40,00 making it the most exspensive of the four rv parks in wells. After three years I am moving and advise not staying here.
