Plenty of shops for supplies nearby take the backroads just a couple of miles and see the CW monuments on the way to Kroger/Walmart/Post Office/ UPS/Mall ETC etc.
Sites overall were level however there are several sites that have challenges. I was shocked by an overnighter who was put in one that would have required a minimum 8 inches to get their class A level so be careful of the sites nearest the office area. Overall the sites become more level about the middle of the park toward the railroad tracks. Even in the winter, the railroad tracks were not that bad noise-wise to me. As others have mentioned the pads are concrete some cracking but sufficient. There are a few trees about the park but don't count on these for shade.

Enjoyed our short stay. Staff was great and everything at our campsite worked. Campground is close to everything in Vicksburg which was really handy.
There was a railroad track at the back of the campground which was somewhat noisy.

Lady at front desk was very nice and checked us in quickly.
Sites are quite close and the park has many people who are staying long term for their jobs. All amenities worked very well, sites were quite level; however, our site was not well maintained with ruts in grass, not mowed or trimmed, pieces of insulation laying on the ground and cement was cracked in several places.
For the price and being a Casino campground we expected a nicer, better kept park.
If coming thru again we would come in later and just dry camp or find another park to camp at.

We originally stayed here one night while heading west but a storm caused us to stay and extra night. The spaces were a little tight but nice and level. The facilities were very clean and staff was very friendly. The Wifi was very quick for a park. Very close to lots of things. We would stay here again if going through again.

We had a nice time here. Could walk to the casino and take the shuttle back. Clean campground with washrooms and laundry in the main building. We had tv which is a rare treat for us. Sites are fairly level, only had to use a few blocks on one side. We would stay again if in the area. (I can't recommend the buffet in the casino though)

With temps in the low to mid 80s, this worked just fine. If 50 amp is important to you, book ahead during summer months. Campground close to VNMP and the Historic Downtown area which was just ok. There is a casino shuttle to buzz you across the street. Bathrooms could use a deep clean. There is a hum from I-20 but able to sleep with windows open. Overall an acceptable resort and may be the only choice in town.

A shuttle runs constantly between the RV park and the casino so you don't have to drive. The park is VERY well lit! We felt very safe staying here. I appreciated all the light when walking our pup for her nightly breaks.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a nice Kroger grocery store. Plus all the casinos.
My only knock on the park is that the laundry room only had 2 laundry machines and both were out of order. Really needed to do some laundry so this was a bummer for us.
Overall, excellent place for the price!

Convenient for a stop over in Vicksburg. Lots of Civil war history here, so many things to see and do. We took advantage of the casino shuttle and went dancing one night.
Tip: Sweep wide, entrance to pull throughs are narrow. Some of the sites are not as level as others, we didn't have a problem due to our automatic levelers.

Good strong WiFi was a plus. Our rate includes the Good Sam discount.
