“No access by road most of the year”

Overall Rating

The forest and county long ago gave up the public’s access via the road easement due to their lack of interest in maintaining said road. Now the camp is only accessible to vehicles during certain weeks of hunting season and by special arrangement with the neighboring property owners. That said, it’s otherwise a nice campground, loaded with oak trees, includes pit toilets, fire pits and picnic tables. Haul it in. Haul it out.
