Since this is not an 'official' campground, I really don't think there is a limit. You are paying $5 per day to use the property owners road through his property to access the river. I believe this is purely a nice gesture on the property owners part with the fees collected used to keep the road cleared and acceasible? The property appears vacant. If you are self contained and anywhere near there, give it a try! It's beautiful and relaxing. When we were there, were were the only ones! While it was AMAZING, It was my first time being that 'isolated' while camping and I was a bit leary!
