Super clean restrooms, free showers, so family friendly, close to Squamish and Whistler.

A beautiful provincial park in the trees with a few lakes. The sights are well spaced as to not be on top of your neighbors. We had a nice large site for our pup to roam around in. Great hiking on the trails in the park too. The electric sights are only 30 amp, no water or sewer at sights. You need to take on water at the Sani dump before proceeding to your site. Also you must purchase a $5 token to use the Sani dump to empty your tanks. Caution is needed when pulling into the Sani dump area. The lane is very narrow with very high curbing on one side and many large tree limbs on the other side. We arrived about 30 minutes before check in (we were traveling from a very short distance away) and they weren’t happy about that and would have sent us to day use but they were full and could not fit something our size there at the time. Overall we like the park and would come back if in the area again. ATT/Rogers is about 3 bars.

Alice Lake Provincial Park is a beautiful campground in the magical coastal forest. It's a popular family destination, so it's not unusual that the 108 sites are all reserved (and they don't have First Come First Serve sites). There are tons of beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails in the park and four lakes (only Alice lake is OK for swimming), but the hiking around Stump lake is beautiful. Dogs have to be kept on a leash everywhere and are not allowed on some trails and on the beach.
There are sites with ($43) or without ($35) electricity, there are two shower buildings (new) and SUP rentals. Beautiful play park area and bike skills park area by the lake. The beach is not great (think gravel not sand), but the water is warm. There are two beach areas (we prefer the one at the other end of the lake where there is a dock (it's more quiet). The day use area is free, so you can move there at 11 am when it's time to leave your site and stay there till 10 pm if you want to keep enjoying the trails and the beach.
You can dump and fill at the park for $10 extra.
The cell signal (Bell) was good (2-3 bars 4G LTE).
