A small but nice and clean campground. Only 10 sites at the Mesa campground with 30 amp service. We stayed in site #9. Plenty of room for our 30 ft TT. Not made for big rigs, only back in sights. Not sure I would try and put put much more than 35 ft trailer in the sites. There may be room for bigger, but you might have to park your r... more

We came to Freedom to visit some family and stayed here with our 43" trailer. It was large for the campground but fit fine in the handicapped spot. The cavern tour was lots of fun, and the bats were neat to watch at dusk! We went on top of the Mesa campground playground to see them. No mosquitoes because of the nice bats! We were there mid August and mid week. We had the tour and the campsite all to ourselves. Lots of mature trees. Out in the middle of nowhere. No stickers! Really... more
