Stopped here for the night or a stormy and muggy evening. Got last site available. I think there is a reservation system but have to reserve a week or more in advance. After that it’s FCFS. Very reasonable for having power to run AC. Clean bathrooms. Mississippi River (I think) runs right next door.

The bad...sites are small and very uneven, awkward posts to mark spots that are always in the way, public boat launch in the campground. The ugly...the neighboring property is a sewer treatment plant. This campground would do for a stopover but definitely not a destination.
