They don't take reservations. But if you have a service appointment you can ask the staff if they'll block off a site for you. People who don't have factory service appointments might be out of luck when the Terra Port is full. Also, the Terra Port is closed to all but people with service appointments in the week before, during, and after Alumapalooza (which always starts the day after Memorial Day).
