Is the road to the campground paved? We are only 21' Travato but don't want a long washboard drive

Yes it's paved but it's not for the faint of heart. I'm from Florida where it's mostly flat and I had a nerve wracking time maneuvering the snake like hairpin turns for 4 or 5 miles...very narrow road but I see all types of rigs up here....but yes to answer your question it's paved all the way to and throughout the campground.

4-5 miles of paved road, winding turns but with your length and a lower gear, you will be just fine!

Yes, it’s all paved except for a very short (~100’) section at the water fill-up by the Ranger’s residence. The individual campsites aren’t paved, however.
