Very narrow roads and tough to navigate for larger rigs. Very old amenities but good location.

This RV Park Is very Close To SeaWorld. The spots are tight. The Wi-Fi is not available at Site 318. We Couldn’t Get The Cable To Connect. My Major Compliant Is The Dog Poo. It Seems That No One Picks Up After Their Dog. There Is Not A Lot Of Green Space So It Accumulates Rapidly If Not Picked Up.

Stayed for 1 night last minute, very nice staff, accesible check in after hours but a little confusing, they actually have package made for after hours reservation and you can sleep tight. Big park, small but comfortable spots.

First off, if you are looking to visit Sea World, this is the prime RV park. Note- when they tell you to put your driver tires on the blue line, DO IT. It will make your life much easier.
The staff was friendly enough and left us alone, but it looks like they are catering more and more to long-term renters who are giving the park a trashier appearance. The dumpsters were always overflowing as well. This coupled with the fact that all other San-Antonio-based activities (aside from Sea World) are so far from the park are why we won't stay here again. There is NO "streaming" WiFi available unless you contact and pay a 3rd party and if your carrier is Verizon (as ours is), you are mostly out of luck depending on the time of day.

They worked us in when we could not get home from our big bend trip and wernt price gouging like some places I called. Very helpful staff. Level concrete pull through sites. Full hookups. Nice restrooms, and laundry facilities, park store, and dog park. During the storm contracted with a propane service to come to park and fill our tanks for us so we didn't have to try and find a refill location that was open ourselves. They allowed us to continue to extend our stay as the weather got worse around the state. The location here when not in a winter storm is pretty prime. Seaworld is only a couple blocks away, there is an HEB plus and a super wallmart within 2 miles of the park. We will be staying here again on our next trip to San Antonio for sure
