They are closed Monday and Tuesday so you have to call number posted on door. They do have a community kitchen with refrigerator, outside kitchen with bbq pit and pizza oven , showers. It would be better for tent campers because they could use all amenities if you don’t mind paying 60.00. I would give a better rating if sites were level and they didn’t charge early check in fee.

The facilities here were really very, very good. They have an outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen, laundry facilities. I chose to grill at their outdoor kitchen two of the four nights because they had an excellent gas grill and it was just too easy to pass up. This was an outstanding facility as far as amenities. Great proximity to downtown Moab. Probably not the greatest location for proximity to all the national/state parks because it's south of Moab and the roads to the parks are just north of Moab but we're not talking about that many miles.

We stayed at the ACT Campground in Moab, Utah in September 2021. This is a very scenic location perched on a hilltop in Moab which offers amazing views all around. The entrance into the park can be tricky as it is on a slope so pull in SLOWLY. Our site was flat and level but some larger motorhomes and toy haulers must take extra care when pulling into their sites as some are sloped. We found the staff here friendly and helpful when asked about area attractions. There is a bit of traffic noise here, but it didn’t bother us at all. We travel with dogs and there is not much space to potty them because the park is so compact. It is in a great location near downtown and National Parks. Moab is a must see and this campground would serve most campers to a wonderful stay. We will be back!! This place would have been a four star if they represented themselves correctly on one big item when it’s 103 degrees outside. Their cooling system. I’m totally fine with and think it’s awesome that they use some Evaporative cooling technique but when you advertise there’s a swamp cooler in every room and that isn’t the case, there’s a problem. We wanted a cool place for our dog to hang out during the day when it was boiling hot out while we hiked. When we found out there was no swamp cooler in the room and talked to the front desk we were told, “we’ll there is a swamp cooler in every room, there’s one on the roof” and “it’ll get down to 78 in the room”. 1 swamp cooler on the roof does not = 1 in every room, simple math. This explanation was not satisfactory to their description on their website. When I went back into the office to tell them we wanted our money back and we’re going to stay somewhere else, the front desk person (different than the first) was very rude, slightly aggressive, and short with me. We never received confirmation of cancellation as promised by this ornery staff member and have now been having to deal with Air bnb to get our refund. The staff could have handled the situation in a much more respectful and professional manner but instead seemed to throw a tantrum when we didn’t fall for the stumbling rationalization of their incorrect description of their cooling mechanisms. Overall nice facilities, one very rude staff member that could use a lesson in customer service. The only thing they need to evaporate away is the attitude .

A very nice litte campground with full hookups but just off the highway so there was a lot of road noise. Trees are not yet full grown so not a lot of shade. I stayed Friday - Monday and Moab was packed! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff is friendly. The sites are narrow, with little parking for tow vehicles. Campground is about 50 yrds from the highway. It's a downhill slope to town and trucks use their jake brakes at all hours of the night. NO noise abatement. Sites are gravel and semi-level. Campground Wifi is good. Nice views of the mountains and hills.

This one would be a lot better without Covid stuff happening. Tight spots, and friendly enough staff, but with Covid restrictions they couldn't do as much.
Right by the highway, away from the middle of town.

Nice quiet spot aside from traffic noise. Close to Moab’s attractions. Full hook ups, a place to walk your dogs, nice views especially since it’s off the highway.
Works well as a base or an overnight spot. Cheaper than many in the area and in good shape.

This is a conveniently located park, but beware, it’s super tight. Zero shade or plant life, if that’s important to you. Has decent accommodations, but we didn’t have time to take advantage. Desk help was friendly and helpful regarding Arches NP and town of Moab. Overall, good place to stop over, but not likely a destination park.

Let me say first, that this RV park is a gem. The owners have created a great park and keep the place in great shape. The bathrooms will make you think you are staying at the Marriott. There is a large kitchen and outdoor grills to accommodate at least one large group and two smaller groups. The sites are close together, but the location is convenient to town and all the parks. We stayed in our B class and our friends in a tent. It is a true luxury setup for tent campers.
Items of note: First, you are right beside the highway with a lot of truck traffic. Bring earplugs or close your windows and vents. Second, the park appears to be a favorite for large groups (Boy Scouts, large families), so sometimes you need to time your use of their facilities. It was busy at times, but we never felt "crowded". There were always enough tables to eat in the kitchen area and plenty of coffee pots.
Moab itself has tripled in size over the last 20 years and the parks can be quite crowded from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Plan to be inside a park before 8AM.
