They only have 50 amp service but will loan you an adapter if you need 30 amp. They need to check the prongs on your surge protector and power cable for rust even though our camper is only about 4 months old. Seemed quite strange as they were full of old permanent resident trailers. In fact the fifth wheel next to us has a window air conditioner propped up with a stick. Forget the Wi-Fi. We couldn’t get it to work. Overall pretty tacky.

The park...well...it's about what you'd expect for something along the freeway next to 3 truck stops and an amusement park I guess. Hookups were pretty dicey. I just used the power because we were only going to be there for less than 10 hours. The water spigot looked kinda rough, the sewer had a no cap but someone was nice enough to stuff, what appeared to be a tshirt, into the hole, so...you know. Pretty much the same as a cap right? Power was fine, although I've never seen a single switch 50amp breaker before. :) LOTS of sketchy traffic in/out of the place all night long. Not sure what was going on, but it felt like we were in some sort of drive through situation...but in the middle of the night....along the interstate... no big deal I'm sure. Lots of older/unmovable RVs in this place. Lots of garbage around.
With all of that in mind, everything was fine. slept well, other than lots of road noise, it was quiet. We pulled out at the crack of dawn.

The name of the park is not exciting but don't let that stop you from checking it out. It located near Camping world, Walmart, Waffle House and Cracker Barrel. Being from California WH and CB are significant. LOL
The staff were friendly and helpful. The sites well kept. Full hook up including 50 amp. The only drawback is no showers or laundry....well that isn't exactly true. there are showers and laundry in the office which doesn't open until 10am.
Overall, a very nice park.

Seems the park is mostly residents with many unmaintained campers or park models. We didn't experience the level spot as mentioned in the previous review, had to use several blocks under 1 side of the camper. What this place does have going for it is what's around it. Walmart a few blocks away for grocery restocking, Loves for fuel before you hit the road and Cracker Barrel in case you don't feel like cooking. It is on the service road of 35, but the spot we stayed in was far enough removed that you don't hear much road noise. There's no cable, but you do get clear over the air channels.

There are concrete pads and most of the roads are paved, some are gravel. Big yards that are well-maintained on most spots. Easy on and off access to I-35, can be a little noisy from traffic in the front but quiet in back. We paid $425/month for 30AMP, 50AMP is $475. Close to Love's, Flying J, Cracker Barrel, Sonic, IHOP. Within a half hour drive of a mall with lots more restaurants and about 10min from Walmart. Lots of seasonal horse people (trainers, jockeys, etc.). Lots of washers and dryers for a very reasonable price.
