The RV Park itself isn't fancy. Grass and gravel sites that are fairly close together. Some have concrete strips for your tires which are level. All sites have water and 30/50 amp connections but some lack sewer. We've stayed here twice now and the first time we were in a spot that was crowded by a tree. Hard to maneuver such that we could bring our living room slide out. The second time we had no tree (but still plenty of shade from other trees) and it was easier. The grounds are well kept other than some trees maybe needing a trim. No weeds and minimal dirt patches. Enough gravel to keep it from turning soupy in the rain. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy access to I-25 but not near it, so noise is a non-issue.
I'm not sure what your opinion is on RV park restaurants, but this one is leeeegit and could easily stand on its own. Great BBQ. We've had all their meats at this point, and they're all excellent. Even the chicken is perfectly cooked: moist without being mushy, nicely seasoned without being too salty. Their homemade pies are also very nice. The side dishes are average, but they make for a nice meal after a long day on the road.
We got very strong Verizon signal here and were able to pull 120 Mbits down and 36 Mbit up.
I'm giving this 5 stars even though this isn't a top-shelf property because in my opinion the restaurant is such a positive it outweighs any small negatives like no pet waste bags provided, sorta tight spots (we've stayed in parks that were worse) dated bathhouse (which we never use at any park anyway) etc. We've had two great experiences here and those negatives just don't really matter that much.
Whiskey Sierra would stay here again

Sites were a bit tight. So close we felt we could not sit outside with out our neighbors hearing every word we said. Very clean and super nice people. Overall a quiet place.

I’m not a fan of common RV parks but from time to time they serve a purpose when traveling between destinations. I could give this park 4 or 5 stars if just comparing it to commercial parks. Grass is nice. Quiet and safe. Fortunately I had an empty site on both sides. Thankfully they enforce the leash rule. Didn’t use bathroom

Over priced lots. Cable and WiFi barely works, small and short lots, long grass. Is clean and pretty good bbq. Pretty expensive for what your getting.

Other sites were available but we didn't ask to move. Sites very close together, dirt/gravel and poorly kept grass. I don't recall that we even had a picnic table. Overall the park is in OK condition. On the plus side the BBQ dinner offered was very tasty and not expensive. This was real BBQ not some frozen microwaved junk. The park is far enough away from the interstates that noise was at a minimum. Staff were friendly although we did not try to bring any problems to their attention. Overall, even with the issues we experienced, this will be our pick for when we pass through Cheyenne again.

Gravel and dirt with some grass and trees. The S loops have more grass and trees.
There is laundry facilities and restrooms are nice and big looks like showers were recently remodeled.
Their cable is a bit wonky works then gets fuzzy.
They serve BBQ starting at 4 pm and boy is that a big seller. Paramedics and fire department are regulars! We tried it and it is delicious.
It’s perfect for an overnight.

The owners were nice when making our reservation, but not so helpful when needs came up. This campsite is just rough around the edges. We got there at 8:30 pm and another camper took our campsite and picnic table. Owners stated “this wasn’t a hotel and that they can’t be responsible for what happens when they leave in evening”. The other owner said “you get what you ask for. You only asked for electric.” (I’ve never had to ask for a picnic table at a paid campsite before. 🤔 The Internet did not reach our site which was 100 ft from the bathroom. The owner said to walk over to the bathrooms, sign in then walk back to your site. I did, and the internet went out when I got back to our site. 🤨

Checked their website and had no problem with $42.00 for 30 amp no water and no sewer since I just wanted a quick overnight. Arrived and was charged $53.00 even though I questioned it. I was so tired I didn't want to argue (or find someplace else) so just paid it. It's a plain campground with sites stacked close enough together I was worried about getting out of my site since the site next to me had their vehicle sticking out in the road. The bathhouse was kind of gross -- definitely didn't want to shower there. I did eat at their restaurant the last day it was open and the food was quite good. Not a lot of noise at this campground.
If you stay here be warned my GPS tried to send me in the WRONG WAY. The entrance is off College Dr. so watch for the sign. The owners mentioned this is a common problem and long rigs have been damaged by the gate coming in the back way. It is conveniently located to I-25 and I-80.

It was easy to find the campground from I-25, but once we checked in, we had trouble locating our site based on the map they gave us. The owner's idea of offering help was to tell me I was stupid for not being able to figure it out. When I said his map did not reflect reality, he said I was wrong. I wasn't, but so what? The point is that this was hostility, not hospitality.
Even setting aside that encounter-- let's call it an unfortunate misunderstanding -- the place has significant deficits. Our site was short, even for a small travel trailer, and very uneven. There was a pothole next to the picnic table that we covered with a chair for fear we would step into it after dark and sprain or break an ankle. Though our site was about 50 yards from the office, but I couldn't even find the Wi-Fi signal unless I walked 25 yards closer to the office -- and at that point it was just one bar, a "poor" connection not worth bothering with. The adjacent road is noisy all night. The campground is gravel and very dusty. I will say that the restrooms were clean enough, the water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water for a shower.
We had planned to stay two nights, but left after one. Even stupid people who can't read perfectly brilliantly rendered maps deserve some common courtesy.
